In the high-season bookings are from Saturday to Saturday and the minimum stay is one week. Arrivals after 16:00 on Saturday. Departure at 10:00 on Saturday.  In mid-season the minimum stay is 4 nights according to availablility and following agreement by the Owner. The maximum stay is three weeks. The maximum number of guests per booking is 4.

Discount of 5% off any available stay in June and any booking of 7 nights or more in 2024.

Plus a voucher for Torta Cafe, Findhorn. 

In season 2024 the mid-season price for 7 nights will be £854 (£122 per night). Mid season is from 13.4.2024 – 8.6.2024 and from 31.8.24 -19.10.24.

The high-season price for 7 nights will be £952  (£136 per night)  High season is from 9.6.2024 – 1.9.2024.

Bookings are confirmed via Email on receipt of a deposit of 25% of the rental charge. The final balance of the cost of your stay is due 6 weeks before your visit, along with the refundable damage deposit. For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival, the total amount is payable in full on booking
