The minimum stay is 4 nights according to availability and following agreement by the Owner. Arrivals after 16:00. Departure at 10:00   The maximum stay is three weeks. The maximum number of guests per booking is 4.

In season 2026 the mid-season price for 7 nights is £882 (£126 per night).  Mid-season is from 18.4.26 – 12.6.26 and from 29.8.2026 – 17.10.26.

High season is from 13.6.2026 – 28.8.2026.  The high-season price for 7 nights is £966  (£138 per night).

7% discount is offered on any stay of 7 nights or more.

Bookings are confirmed via Email on receipt of a deposit of 25% of the rental charge. The final balance of the cost of your stay is due 6 weeks before your visit, along with the refundable damage deposit. For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival, the total amount is payable in full on booking.
